We are hiring a CSR/Receptionist.  Be the friendly face of Bloomer Broadband.  We are looking for a customer-focused, upbeat professional to help customers with phone, internet, and TV services. In this role you will handle inquires, billing, troubleshooting, and schedule service appointment-all with a smile! If you are organized, details orientated, and love helping people, we want to hear from you.
