CEO/Executive Vice President

Ntec, a successful cooperative broadband and telecom provider located in Durand, Wisconsin, is seeking a CEO/Executive VP to lead the cooperative in its ongoing mission to provide unparalleled level of services to its rural customer base. With the board of directors’ general direction and oversight, this Executive will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all business activities of the Cooperative.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, entrepreneurial leader capable of managing a growing organization in an ever-changing industry. Candidate will have the knowledge and skills usually acquired through a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the technology/communications or comparable business environment, a strong business and financial background, excellent communications and leadership skills, and an established track record of successfully managing people and business organizations. An advanced degree or professional certification would be desirable.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
