THIS ROLE

Supports Norvado's broadband network operations across an expanding service territory. This role focuses on maintaining the performance, reliability, security, and availability of the company's broadband network infrastructure. The position serves as a technical resource for network operations, infrastructure enhancements, service continuity, and cybersecurity initiatives, helping ensure the secure and dependable delivery of customer and business services. Working closely with internal teams and technology partners, this role plays a critical part in supporting Norvado's technology strategy, operational objectives, and commitment to exceptional service. This position has the potential to report to any of our three business offices - Cable, WI, Phillips, WI, or Eagle River, WI.
